Adsense for non-us sites, questions about payments!

I'm outside US but I have a bank account in the US, problems with taxes?

Hello,

I have a very popular site for spanish speakers, I'm based outside the US (Venezuela) but I have a bank account in a US bank based in Miami FL, the account is on my name but it's registered on my sister's address (who lives in Miami).

Could I subscribe to AdSense and make Google send payments to my sister's address so she could then deposit the checks to my US bank account?. I wonder if Google would ask me for a Social Security Number (which obviously I don't have since I don't live in the US). My sister is a legal resident and have a Social ID, but I don't want to register with AdSense with my sister's data 'cause I suppose that would affect her taxes.

Also I don't want to register with Adsense using my local Venezuela address, because my country is currently under a Foreign Exchange Control (thanks to our wacko so called president), thus I could have problems cashing a check from the US.

Any ideas how can I handle this situation?. I'd really like to get into Adsense, 'cause I have enough traffic to make at least a few bucks each month (around two million page impressions per month)

Thanks in advance.

I'll be honest in that I don't know the answer to your question as such but just to add there is now a 'BETA' EFT system in place so you wouldn't necessarily need to manually deposit the cheques.

You can only use EFT to transfer money to a bank in your country. You can't select a bank account in a different country.
At least it didn't work for me :-(

Do the whole thing in your sister's name. Or set up a corporation in the US. Of course in those cases you would have to pay taxes on the money.
