Ban IP or not?

Looking through logs from march and april i come behind that one ip from Iran did for april

Ad Unit Views 58
Clicks 10

and for march

Ad Unit Views 52
Clicks 9

Should i ban him and contact google about it or just do nothing.
I really do not have idea.

For year 2005 from january till now he did
Ad Unit Views 160
Clicks 19
with CTR 11.88

Nothing to worry about. You are analyzing your stats way too closely. 10 clickthroughs in a month does not exactly constitute a click attack.

I'd be more worried with 50 ad views and 300 clicks, now THAT's a problem

One of my page show 2 page view with 10 clicks before, as long as you know it is not you that click it, nothing to worry about.

That IP could be belong to an Iran ISP that share with all their users, same IP doesn't mean same person view & click your ads.

BTW, How do you know which IP click on your Adsense Ads? I post a thread asking for this question but so far no answer yet.

Thanks for let me know what you think guys about it.
However i've contacted google yesterday night and ask about it.
It should not hurt to ask google (probably because i'm paranoid from reading every day message "i'm banned from adsense" ).
