I don't want to use google's search application

Hello,
I am creating a new webpage and it contains a search engine that searches internal pages on the website. I am aware of your "Google Adsense for Search" feature, however, I am going to use my own search engine for the Website. I was wondering if it is okay for me to place an Adsense 'half banner' on the top of the page's search results. I checked the Adsense TOS and did not see any mention of this.

Thanks for any clarification.

Adsense for content can be placed on third party search result pages?

Yep, they said it was cool.

Putting AdSense on your own site's internal search results, which is what skunker was describing, is fine. I would tend to think that putting AdSense on a third-party site search would be unwise and also probably a violation of the TOS.

Oh yes, good point. I am just putting the 'half banner' ad on my site's internal search results from the site's own search engine.

Hope that makes sense.

Be careful to put ads only to result pages - I mean if there's no result to the search, I think the page shouldn't contain ads neither, as it would be a "page without content" kind of violation of the TOS.
