Adsense opening on new page

Would this be acceptable?

I understand that we cannot do anything to prevent Adsense links from surfing away from our sites (as opposed to opening in a new window) but would it be OK to put a "warning" on the site? I mean something like, "If you click the Adlinks on this site you can always get back here by using the back button on your browser."

I don't think that's allowed and I wouldn't risk it. Plus, who doesn't know they can hit the back button to come back to your site?
