Adsense on more than 1 site

Hi,

I decided to give adsense a try. Brand new with a lot to learn. I am going to add it to a second site and was wondering will you be able to tell individual site stats? Right now when I login it just shows the date, page impressions, clicks etc. It does not mention the site name. How do you keep all your information separate so you will know which ones are working and which ones are not?

Use channels

Within AdSense, go to your Ad Settings page, the click on Channels for more info.

You can create up to 100 channels and use them to track entire sites, groups of pages, single pages, etc.

Thanks...I've added my sites but I must be doing something wrong when looking at the stats. Can you please tell me what boxes I need to have selected to see the individual site results. I see totals when it is set on aggregate data and the date is selected but when I select channel nothing shows.
Major Newbie Here....Detailed steps will be greatly appreciated. :-)

ok.I think I have it figured out but am not clear on one thing.
I have under show channel data selected and my url channels selected (I only have 2 at the moment). I have group data by both and see my stats. When I put in a date range say April 1-12 it only shows April 11th and no clicks/earnings.
If I select Aggregate data under Show with the date range...I see the date range plus my clicks and earnings. Why can't I see these clicks and earnings for the individual sites.
Hope this wasn't too confusing.

channels only work AFTER you create them.

I.E. Google starts collecting separate data only after you told so. If you created channels on apr 12th, days before will anyway be only visible as aggregated.

To see data divided in channels for previous days, you must see under My Account - Tools - Time machine :-)
