Adsense and Traffic

How many impressions per day would you guys and/or girls say it takes to accurately judge your conversion. I just started with adsense about 2 weeks ago. I only get about 80-100 unique visitors a day and about 150 impressions per day with adsense with only about 0.9 ctr.

Any ideas on how to increase impressions..Since I'm getting such little traffic it is kinda early to second guess myself.

How much traffic do you guys get to your sites?
How much traffic did it take for you guys to earn a decent amount of $ from your adsense?

How much traffic it takes to generate a decent (whatever that is) income from Adsense depends a lot on the topic of your own site.

For the sake of discussion, let's say decent is $1,000.00 per month.

You could easily make that with 100 impressions per day. But it might take 100,000 impressions as well.

So what's the difference?

Mostly subject and related content.

If you have the right subject and lousy content it will be harder.

Put the a high value subject together with the right content and it's a lot easier.

Ad position and format plays an important part, but I'm not sure it's as important as many folks think.

We started in November, but as the traffic grows up the CPM & revenues goes down!

I can understand that if the number of clicks doesn't grow as well as the traffic I won't get more money BUT, how can I earn less?

Should I push for the same words with Adwords to rise the revenue as someone told on WW?
