And oddly enough the bit of his site you can see has two adsense scrapers on it. It's a directory site, and he's framed other sites who also are showing PSA's.

I've asked him to remove my site from his listing but no reply. I guess he's not going to remove my site from his listing. Is there any way to break out of his frame so visitors can see my site properly?

Put this into your page that he's doing it to and it will break out of the frame:

<script>
if (top.location!= location) {
top.location.href = document.location.href ;
}
</script>

I had once a problem with an other web designer.

One of his clients changed to me.

I created for this realtor a web site highly effective in SERPs.

The other web designer listed him stil on his complete new client list.

I created for this a page about wrong client lists and liers.

I added to the .htaccess

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} (.*)other-web-designer\.com/(.*)
RewriteRule (.*) [my-domain.com...] [L,R]

I took a half year until the other realized, that there is something wrong with his link.

What would I give to see his face in this moment.
