2- If we will signup in google adsense then how much can we earn on 500 Unique visitors?

EPC's range from a couple of cents to a couple of dollars.

500 uniques may result in something in between 1 and 25 dollar.

We really cannot be more precise based on so little information. Also, the TOS doesn't allow us to be specific.
