Google introduces direct bank transfer at last

This morning got an email - although much of it is of no interest to me and emails can't be quoted verbatim here it seems that:-

a) you will get a choice of currency for your payment in 43 different countries

This'll mean the foreign banks won't be able to swindle us on excessive charges for paying in US dollar cheques....

b) Electronic funds transfer in beta to 15 different countries...

Yay, yay yay - and well overdue!

At last it seems Google is feature wise coming into line with a lot of their competitors... :)

Well some of us haven't away from work unexpectedly in Dublin the past week trying to stop their fiancee from being deported. :P Internet access (short of cybercafes) is difficult whilst out of the country.
