<snip>

I was looking at this article (<snip>) and noticed that there were Google ads on one side and Adbrite (or is it Brite Ads?) ads on the other side. Obvious TOS violation. Will G. punish the offenders or give them a warning? Maybe they think the webmasters at <snip> can't read English?

Now, if I did this...

[edit reason] No "outting" of publisher sites please! [/edit]

Depends if they are premium publishers or not.

I just sent a message to Google regarding serving AdSense and AdBrite on the same page. Since AdBrite doesn't serve contextual ads, it "technically" isn't in violation of Google's TOS as it's written, but perhaps violates the spirit of the TOS.

I'll wait to hear what the Google folks say and if they say it's a violation of the TOS, adjust my site accordingly.
