I've been disabled from Adsense cos of invalid clicks.

Guys ive been terminated from adsense after i had put 3 ads on my site.the ads were displaying correctly and i thought i dint have a prob but more clicks.Damn now google has terminated my program cos of invalid clicks as they say.I sent a mail to them but they say i've got no chance to restore my account.

Any ideas?

Yes pattern: You not only clicked on your ads, but you also violated other TOS for the program.

1) You put only ads on your home page and no substantial text (three words linked that allow you into the rest of the site).

2) Worse, you created your own advertisement for the site that urged members to click on an ad a day. And you made this posting:

"NOW let me explain to you WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO to SUPPORT [SITENAMEEDITEDOUT]
-As a valued member and well wisher you may click these ads(read above para)...everyday.Its benefitting if you can CLICK THEM EVERYDAY ATLEAST 10 TYMES ...AT REGULAR INTERVALS (at a strecth clicks from an ip wont be calculated)...! Even if the links are not interesting to you...this is the ONLY thing we are asking you to do to support us!

LIKEWISE if you click 10 CLICKS PER DAY AT VARIOUS TYM INTERVALS..then THATS WHAT WE CALL A WELL WISHING MEMBER!

To get the songs and other stuff free..EVERY MEMBER will have to do this for us without fail! Help us to Help you out!

Hope all members read this and is aware hereafter on the importance of clicking the ads. "

Makes you wonder if more quality control needs to be done during the initial application stage (and maybe a quick check 1 or 2 weeks after to see the actual implementation).

But of course you did nothing wrong and fully abided by the TOS of adsense
and suppose now you will wonder why you do not recieve a check from Google

If only G can catch another 100 more like you then advertisers may feel better about using content in their campaigns

And why is it always the sites with the most ads, and the most aggressive promotion of affiliate programs, that also expect you to pay cash directly via a "donate" button?

I found a website that also requested people to click on the ads and even posted the daily stats from adsense right on the site.
I sent an email to adsense, said I was a publisher and wanted to point out a site that made publishers look bad.
They sent me an email back thanking me for pointing out the website. Two days later, all google ads were gone from the offending site.

I run a Google adwords campaign and I know there are a lot of click frauds. Everytime I have lodged a support ticket complaint with Google they end up refunding me $200-300. I also know that everytime I lodge a complaint, Google ends up suspending the site in question because they investigate the matter more closely. Now that is a sad fact.

If I report, I will end up suspending some site like yours and thus get you removed from Adsense, but if I don't report I lost $200-300 every couple of days.

Just don't click fraud and you wont have an issue.

I confess to being a little mystified why such sites are still in such great abundance. I personally would have endless fun looking for and stopping such fraud.

If I worked for Google, I would think I could find, investigate and terminate the accounts of, say, 4 an hour. (Since finding the frauds with effective Google searches is like shooting fish in a barrel, it could go much quicker but ass-covering due diligence and paperwork would slow things down a bit.) Then assuming you worked 8 hours a day (not the normal Google 10-14), you could get rid of 30 a day, about 500 a month. A diligent investigator could surely push that to >1000 a month.

Sure, I'm simplifying it but it seems like a few dozen people could do an amazing job at terminating many hundreds of publishers a day. Automated procedures should probably catch another few thousand a day. Wouldn't this be enough to keep the program fairly clean?

It's hard to conclude anything but that Google has a huge problem to deal with here. Surely the reputation of its program is worth $10 million a year in fraud-busters.

The situation is even more terrible. There seems to be software to construct sensless pages, where only something as stupid as the software of a search engine spider thinks there is content.

Maybe a bit out of topoick but i have 3 reasons i never applyed for adsence
1:imagine have to update a few tones of pages puting on the usual script and one day a competitor with some duzin of friends in various places like colleges schools companies ech. all together start clicking on those adds 50 times a day ,so next week my account is closed,then what?
2:I rank very well in Yahoo if do that i will be vanished from there index and have only my home page ,pages indexed,as usually happens.
3:i earn good money from other sources.

I just used the adsense contact form at the bottom of

[google.com...] to advise them to try searching on their own engine.

It's just crazy that within five minutes I can find three websites that are advising their users to click on the ads by google.

This issue is causing anger amongst ordinary ASense users for one reason - we are paying for these cheaters.

I have found forums where the owners asked the other members to have a "click day on Google---go mad!" and by the end of the day, the members reporting they had "worn out my mouse" clicking on the ads.

Now, of course G will non count many of these but I imagine a huge amount of these "invalid clicks" do get through. And we end up paying down the line through "smart pricing".

Hey, here's a smart idea...enforce your own ToS for once.

Diamond mentioned $10million to fix this. This is a problem that would cost $50,000 to fix. Offer $5 per crooked domain found and reported in the correct manner to G and the problem is gone by the end of THIS month.

This search idea does rather bring a new light to all those "I did nothing wrong yet they kicked me" threads. It's horrifying! I hope G has read the thread and is doing this!
