Is there EVER a second chance?

OK, before I get lectures, I sincerely want to know if there is hope for getting back into google.... I got the dreaded email without warning that read:

"It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the ads on your web pages. We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers."

I actually wonder if google sends this email when your account is disabled for other reasons too, because I havnt gotten hardly any clicks at all in the last month, let alone fraudulent ones. Either there has been a misunderstanding or possibly an enemy has tried to run up clicks on me and they just didnt show up in my adsense account?

I could easily use my wifes name and open a new account, but I honestly feel I was booted without justification or by mistake and would love to clear things up. I see several posts stating that the Support team is fair and understanding, but seriously... Is there Hope?

Any advice on what to do?

Write to them politely explaining your situation, it can't hurt, but I think once you're out you're out (circle of trust thing)

NB I'm not sure you can sign up with your wife's name since they've banned your site not your name.

I'm not sure if anyone got back in but I think I read somewhere that if you send the email they'll look into it and re-confirm if you're guilty or not.

Not many alternatives out there, Adsense is the best, the rest are chicken feed

Yes, there were some cases when they reactivate disabled accounts, but I think those are usually larger publishers. My account was disabled once, but for completely different reason

If the site is banned ...opening a new account in your wife's name won't help.

what were you terminated for? what was the email you got? and did you get back in...?

This was specific case and I'm sure that you won't get any help from there. However, I am certain that support from this forum had great influence on Google ;-). Thanks again
