Hi,

I just wondering if this is happening to other people, my Page impressions have being down by half, starting in the end of January. Even tho the unique visits to my site are higher or at the same level then before in a daily basis. and the ads still showing so is not lack of ads either.

The good thing is the Clickthrough rate has double :), sometimes I get even higher earnings. So is not bad at all, but still just wondering if this has happens to others.

If you have your unique user count, you must have your page views count. How has that changed? If it has also been cut in half, you don't have an Adsense question, you have some other kind of question.

Yes, I also noticed that the externally tracked page loads now exceed page impressions by 20-30% since sometime in February.

I have noticed a 30% drop in page impressions on google compared to what I get with two other stat programs. I don't expect them to be the same but were talking a 300 or 400 pageview diffrence. This all started a few days ago.

Could it be related to geotargeting? This is just a guess, but maybe there aren't many ads for at least some of your pages in certain regions or countries. That's something you should be able to check with the AdSense Preview Tool.

(Mind you, I don't recall offhand whether PSAs are counted as impressions; if they are, then the geotargeting explanation probably wouldn't apply.)

I don't think PSAs are counted otherwise my AdSense impressions would be 2x what they are.

Don't forget people using personal firewalls (Norton) block these ads too.

People with javascript disabled (why? oh why?) also blocked these ads.

And other reasons, I've posted the list before, but you get the idea.
