I get theses sometimes.
like when I just make a page sometimes its rare but i get them.
If someone clicks on them do I get a click ive never tryed to see.

Clicks on PSAs don't show up in your AdSense reports. Impressions on PSAs will only show up in your reports if at least 1 paid ad is displayed on your sites on a given day.

Also, it isn't uncommon for a newly created page to display PSAs initially until our crawlers have a chance to index the content. If it's been more than 48 hours and you're still seeing PSAs on your pages, I'd suggest writing to [e-mail] to have someone troubleshoot further.
