Can Googles non-indexing of Adsense be a plus?

Faux ads?

I've started several sites in the past month and have hesitated to crosslink some of them due to relevancy and the "linkfarm" problem. I do link within relevant context, but here is what I'm wondering:

Instead of doing "partner sites" type links pages. Why not use a script that mimics pay per click ads?

What is it about adsense that makes google ignore it during indexing? Is there a script that does the same thing serving your own content in a tower?

The plus here would be capitalizing on the ad-clicking habits of some while keeping them in my sites; while not damaging my seo with what they consider nonrelevant links. Would simple sticking links in an Iframe do this or would it need to be dynamically served?

If ad-traffic building and seo remain separate I can see some different ways to work this.

Just curious...

Google doesn't index javascript (which adsense uses), so if you want to link your sites using javascript, you shouldn't have any of the 'linkfarm' problems you mentioned.

You could also use the new 'nofollow' tag that has been talked about a lot recently. That would also 'discount' those links between your own sites so they don't count towards ranking.
