You should file Schedule C and report Google earnings as self-employment income--and you may be liable for self-employment tax (Social Security) even though your income is far too low to be taxed for income tax purposes.
And business expenses also get reported on Schedule C.
But note too that I am not a tax consultant and if you are confused about taxes you should really talk to a professional. Rules may be different if you are in this country as a student, for example.
If that doesn't make sense to you then I suggest you sit down with someone who knows how to fill out the various tax forms and go over your situation with him/her. It's difficult to answer your question on a forum like this....
