Multiple ads on the same page

I have read in the TOS that the same ad cannot be shown more than once per page load because it is double dipping. How do we as publishers controll that?

I have 3 ad groups on my pages 2 buttons and one leaderboard. There will be duplicate ads from one or both of the buttons in the leaderboard.

So G is telling us that we cannot do something and then forcing us to do it.

Anyone else seen this?

Yes, I've seen it. The problem appears to be a "bug" in G's software and I would be assuming to say that they are aware of it. It isn't anything we can control except by only having one adblock per page.
