Anyone know how to force the update so that if you update the content the AdSense ads also become updated? I change content frequently, but the ads don't change as quickly.

Try changing the size of the ad unit, that usually forces a respider.

Do you need to change to an ad unit with a different number of ads than your previous unit, or does any change in size work?

Same ad type/size but the AdSense ads haven't changed to relate to the changed content.
