Poor ad targeting in last few weeks

In the last few weeks I have noticed that the ads showing in Adsense have been less and less targeted. This seems to be happening over a range of topics and several of our unrelated sites.

Site on Japanese culture and travel starts showing ads on satelite tv and only matches four ads. In the past it would have matched at least 7 or more.

Hotel ads show where the page content is about language schools.

Forum and hosting ads showing where highly targeted accounting software and services ads had shown for months.

More alternative ads are showing.

I know for a while there were lots of ebay and other affiliate ads showing and now this has reduced, but many of these sections never had many of these ads.

What happen to this thread? I started it and it is now by someone else and totaly changed. What is going on?
