Welcome to Webmasterworld but note that posting your own URLs is forbidden.
I have had nearly zero AdSense clicks on my blog but then it is not rivetting reading so I don't think it gets many visits.

This is clearly a "made for adsense" site, which is against the terms of service, so expect to be terminated.
It is clear that english is not your first language. In that light, I wouldn't expect anybody searching for these services to take your site seriously anyway.

I begined
I think you mean 'I began'
On the whole i think you should blog about SEO news, tips and tricks as you dont have interesting content. This is my opinion only.
I think this is the first time I have corrected someones english...

When this is a clearly made for AdSense site, I think 95% of all sites have to be terminated.

Look at the links - it has a link to 'Asbestos Lung Cancer' - yes, a blog about the M word!

Yes there is a link to asbestos lung, but good for google, the ads shown are not of that topic, still SEO. This is still a new blog, maybe the person is still trying to get into the whole blog thing and what it really is about as evidenced of the lack of anything interesting to say.

I'm pretty sure its not against AdSense TOS since Blogger has a link to their own login through AdSense's site.
