Hi,

Are subdomains that come from the same domain that was initially accepted into the Google AdSense program considered to be the same site?

For example, let's say that I have the domain name: www.somesite.com, which is the origianl address that I used when I was accepted into the AdSense program.

Now what if I wanted to add some more AdSense ads to another site of mine (which has different content) that's under the same domain, only this time it's under a subdomain, such as: something.somesite.com

Would I need to specify this as being a new site under my Google account? Or is it considered the same site, since it's under the same domain name?

Also, does Google accept blog sites? I've heard that they do, but I just want to make sure.

Thanks!

I don't think you need to specify anything as long as you own the site or legally have a permission to ad your AdSense code on the site unless you might have known some new information which I don't know.

Based on the newly announced AdWords TOS change , somesite.com and something.somesite.com are classified as the same URL.

does Google accept blog sites?

Yes.
