Can't have ads in new channel

I created a new channel and when I try to get the code I only can see a "No channel selected".

When I try to manage my channels there is a clear "URL and customized channels remaining: 8"(*). The resulting code includes this line:
google_ad_channel ="";

Just a bug? It's only me?

Have you tried deleting your temp internet files and clearing the cache? That fixes a lot of these errors!
