I set all text fields to CCCCCC but in the leaderboard the title (which is also the link - no URL in leaderboard) shows up as black text. I keep checking my source code to see if I've made a mistake somewhere but the source says it's CCCCCC. The background and border are both white.

Any idea on how to get around it? It's messing up the carefully selected colours in my site design. I've got no black on the site and don't want black :(

Greetings,
Have you tried viewing in a different browser? Sometimes this has worked for me.

It's the same in both IE and Firefox.

Yea Google makes you maintain a certain contrast between background and text colors. I have tested this extensivly and found you can increment 'up' your text color hex # one by one until you find this minimum contrast threshold. It's the best you can do. #CCCCCC on #FFFFFF won't work.

By not being able to control the colour of the text in this case I am actually drawing attention to the ads rather than having them sit discreetly along existing content. Oh, well.

Does this apply only to leaderboard then? That seems unusual. Squares and rectangles are showing up with the grey text I want.

I just tested the regular skyscraper and it did not work, defaulted to black.

It's working on leaderboard now with 999999 settings on all text fields! I have this strange feeling that it happens only after a mediabot visit.
