Website tweaks?

Ads only show same topic

Hi, I am new to this whole new marketing world, and I hope you won't find my questions too irrelevant.

I added Adsense to my site, but ads only appear on the first page, and they are always the same (about MP3).

Now I would like to know if I can tweak my site with better content to get different ads?

Or do you guys know of any other things I could do?

Adsense hasn't replied to my inquiry yet.

I took a quick look at your site and you simply need to add content and try to create some sort of theme if you want to be in "control" of your ads. Right now, your site is a general shopping site. Adsense is going to serve whatever is most relevent to your site. Since a theme cannot be extrapolated from a general shopping site other than "general shopping", MP3 player ads seem like a logical choice for Adsense since that's a popular generic shopping item.

Adsense wants to give relevent ads the same as the google se does. They also want to make money now they are publicly traded. They will serve the most relevent successful ads they can. IMO, if you want other ads you need to be more specific with your content.

You might want to enter those mp3 sites in your url filter and see what happens. Maybe another "generic" type of ad will show up, but you might also get a PSA ad too, but I doubt that.
