Scare of my Life

My stats were not moving. I checked my site and saw that all AdSense ads were not showing up. Every page. (Occurred 9:00 p.m., New York Time)

I signed out of Control Panel and back in to see if there was a Dear John letter waiting for me.

Nothing. All normal.

Then, the ads came back up.

Thought I was a goner. And, I follow TOS to a tee, so my mind was racing..."What did I do?, What did I do?"

Anyway, it was quite a scare. I've been on it for four months, and I've really got the hang of optimizing everything with it.

Bottom line, G owns me!

It seems that this is a never ending concern for most participants of Adsense. Having only participated in adsense program for two months, I find that I have to hold my breath everytime I check the stats.

Checking adsense stats has become an addiction, and what happens when the drug is taken away?

You'll all get used to it believe me. For the first 3-4 months I was always checking my stats and very worried that I'd get chucked off for freak circumstances out of my control.

But since then I only look at my stats in the morning and realise that if you're honest there's very little chance of the dreaded letter.

"if you're honest there's very little chance of the dreaded letter."

Exactly, or even think about anything like it
