hi guys am new to adsense..i have earned more than 100 dollars.am seeing the earned money in the payment history. when they will approve the payment?

Based on Google's info in their help files, payment approval will be around the 20th. Check will mail 2 to 10 days after that so end of the month or early next month is what most will see. This is detailed in numerous other WW threads as well.
