Bought new site should I contact Google

I have just bought a site and intend to use my Adsense account on it.

Would it be recommended to inform Google about the purchase and transfer and find out if the site is clean according to Google.

The content and site is not against the TOS but I just want to be 100% sure on the domain as my Adsense account is a friend that I want to keep.
