Google Adsense Support Response Time?

Simple question here, months back I always received a response to my support questions in around 12 hours, now it seems to be 4 days at the earliest. Is this normal for most or am I black listed as a publisher to delay? :p

US had a holiday on Thursday, and I think the AdSense team might have also had Friday off. Was it during that period you experienced the delay?

Last week I sent an email to support on Monday for them to get back to my on the Saturday. Sent a response back immediatly and it's now today, still waiting for a reply. I doubt I'll hear from Adsense till Thursday which is quite dissapointing, especially when it's on the issue of me being still unable to log in to my account.

I recently had a response time of more than two weeks. That's not funny.

the last time i needed support, i got a response within 24 hours. But I think it depends on luck. If you send your mail at a moment countless others send one too, you're in bad luck.

The only time I asked for support, about a year ago, they took a couple of hours to get back. They had checked the page and even identified the other javascript I had on there that was causing a problem. My more recent email wasn't so much a support mail but a query and they got back in - if I remember right - about a day.

I have sent of few emails in the past in request of support, all having got back to me within 12 hours ...

All had been general support questions ( why certain page constantly shows psa's, can I place my ads on another site etc ... ) This is the first time I've got in touch wanting help related to log in ( obviously vital ) and after 2 weeks, have yet to come to a solution.

Without disclosing too much: It was an account problem. However, they solved my problem very friendly and - after the first delay - within two workdays.

I did not receive a ticket then, yet my request had been handled. Maybe the lost ticket and the was caused by some technical trouble.
