I have had a near ten fold click through increase today, it looks like some idiot has clicked on the banners repeatedly.

G are going to notice this, should I worry?

Yes I would be worried, having wording like you have in your profile is against the adsense TOS

Google has to be aware how easy it would be for someone to try to get you in trouble by clicking your ads, so I doubt they automatically assume that any increased clickage is fraud. If they did then it would be easy for everyone to get everyone else in trouble.

Also, if a single visitor was able to increase your revenue substantially by themselves then maybe your site so small (in revenue terms) that Google won't pay too much attention to it.

I don't see what good it would do to write Google. If they have a problem with you then you may have an opportunity to take it up with them when they notify you about it. But I can't see that talking to them now would help. I doubt Google cares to receive mail from every worried publisher...
