Has anyone used duplicate content with AdSense? Does it seem to be pay out the same as if the content were original? Do you think there are any effects on the smart pricing by using duplicate content or is Mediabot not as smart as Googlebot like that?

Just wodnering, thanks!

Pages with duplicate content should display ads just fine.

The only things to worry about in regard to duplicate content are:

1) Duplicate pages may not show up in Google's search results.

2) If the publisher doesn't own or hasn't licensed the right to use the duplicate content, a complaint by the owner can result in cancellation of the publisher's AdSense account and removal of the pages from Google's search index.

Dup content will get you out of AdSense? Will they give you a warning at least?

If you own the content you are duplicating, it is no problem. However, if you are taking someone's content without permission and using it on your site with your AdSense, the content owner can file a complaint which may result in your account being suspended (some publishers have been warned, others immediately suspended).

If you are stealing someone's content, why should they give you a warning first, instead of just suspending you? Bottom line, don't use someone's content without permission if you want to ensure you keep your AdSense active ;)

The content would be from a content dump site and I would be providing their copyright on it along with their website which they usually list in the copyright.
