Here is a quick summary of my 100 clicks for one of my sites.
30 clicks from asian countries. $9.00
20 clicks from european $15.00
50 clicks from n.america $80.00
there is a lot of difference on pay depending on person's country and it makes sense since people don't want to pay for the countries those living standards are way low.
It does vary a lot I noticed this all the time and even though I don't like it it makes sense.
Actually, sometimes when I consider myself as an advertiser why would I pay the same price to a country whose dailt personal daily income is worth my "one click" If I pay x amount for each click that means i would expect 5x - 10x from sale. Now think a person who makes x amount a day and barely lives, would he pay 5x for any good or service.
Also, there is another concept that some international ppl click on ads when they want to exit from the page they just see a link and click on it.
Personally, I only advertise for couple #*$!rties since their conversion ratio is much better than other countries advertisers have an option to advertise for specific countries. When they want to advertise for more countries than adsense's smart pricing method involves and we get less per click so does adsense but this what makes adwords good for advertisers.

In Spanish speaking markets, German speaking markets, French speaking markets, and even the UK market- the bidding competition is not as strong as in the United States market. Hence, it's less expensive. As an advertiser, the clicks cost less outside of the United States (whether it's on adwords or overture) than it does within the United States.
Many advertisers will limit the geographic scope of their AdWords campaigns to their own region because they may not want to ship outside their country, or because they are resellers and limited to a specific territory, product is intended for a US consumer, etc. Thus, advertisers in the United States may limit where their ads are shown to only the United States- where the higher AdWords CPC (and by extension, AdSense EPC) is.
Naturally, your AdSense earnings are subject to the influence of geotargeting. If your website has more visits from the UK, then it's likely it's showing ads that are priced relatively low by UK advertisers, which will effect your EPC.
