Currently my earning are over $150 but during October I only managed to earn $98 falling short of $100 by two bucks.
Will I still get a cheque seeing as my total earning are over $100 or do you need to earn over the $100 to get the cheque, and if so would that mean that I will receive $100 +$150 from the previous months

as soon as you hit $100 on your account you will receive a cheque at the next payment.

The key word is "next", meaning you won't get it until next time they cut checks.
All you need is at least $100 total unpaid accrued earnings. So if you get $60 one month and $50 the next, you will get $110 for the second month's payment.
