On login: No Adsense Account

An Adsense account does not exist for this login

Two hours ago I was checking my stats, then I logged in after lunch and I got a message saying:
No Adsense Account
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as you have not yet completed an application. If you are using your AdWords login, you can create an AdSense account with the same login.

During this time I think I signed up for the new Adwords Publisher Program using this same email address (which I also use for Adwords).

I emailed the Adsense team but haven't had a reply.

Do you think it's:
a) some minor bug, maybe related to the Adwords Publisher thing?
b) I'm booted from Adsense?

I have NOT received any email from Adsense saying b) so I'm hoping it's a).

Adsense ads are still showing on my sites.

Any thoughts?
