Seeing the many report that the EPC was $50+ and now only $0.4. I watched my own stats, and see the same thing. Because my traffics are very low on M word, and my site on M is purely informative not productive, so it is possible that they are "smart priced" to very low. The best way to see what caused it, is to see if anyone else still enjoy high payment.

Assuming new applicants are not effected by Smart Pricing, there must be somebody still get high EPC on it.

Anyone can confirm if low EPC on M word is over all or smart priced?

findwhat and those similar second rate engines always are lower priced.

Agreed. Usually at 1/10th the going rate.

Lower than?

Lower than Overture, yes, because advertisers think Overture has better affiliates than FindWhat and Enhance have.

Lower that Google AdWords search network for the same reason.

Ignorance and laziness cause many advertisers to leave the "content" box checked and bid the same about for AdSense ads that they bid for AdWords search network. In the M market, advertisers have figured it out. Other markets may follow.

If Google starts giving advertisers the ability to bid separately on content ads (as many have speculated), I think AdSense bids will end up closer to FindWhat bids than to Overture bids in the long run.
