Would anyone know if I can have more than 1 website of similar content?

For example, my main website is on Topic A, but also considering another website with similar content or perhaps even a blog about Topic A.

Is that allowed?

Yes I think that this is allowed.
As long as the content isn't entirely the same as your main site.
