If one owes money to Adwords, yet has lot's of money in adsense, does the money remain in the adsense account until you pay the Adwords bill?

Can you pay off Adwords with adsense revenue?

They will hold your AdSense money until you pay your Adwords bill.

Unless something has changed very recently, there is no way to fund your Adwords account with your AdSense earnings. I would suspect this is one of the alternative payment options AdSense is considering using though.
