Hi, I was wondering if you guys know if Search performnace needs to reach $100 before Google sends out cheque along with my Adsense content.

Google sends out a cheque which combines both content and search earnings each month if the total amount is $100 or higher as in my case.

No. G adds your search earnings with your adsense earnings. Your Payment History will show:
Content - Earnings Accrued During [Month] Search - Earnings Accrued During [Month] Payment Approved [total of Content + Search]

Yes, they add the search earnings to the normal payment for clicked ads. In my case it would take YEARS to reach $100 for search! I regard it as a very small bonus as opposed to an income source, as my site search was with Google anyway.
