Does "Check 21" cause AdSense's check clearing faster?

I've heard about it a couple of weeks ago, just want to know if it could make the check clearing process faster?

Can Check 21 really speed up the clearing process?

You won't have access to the money any faster most likely. Your bank will though. Check 21 is sort of one sided--you don't get your money any faster, but they take it. So you can't write against money that should be coming in.
