CPM Dropped Dramatically Over Past Week Or So

My CPM is dropping horribly. It's been over a week or so, but it's dropped from the overall average by one third and from last month by quite a bit more than that.

Anyone else? Traffic is about same, clickthru rate is about same wonder what's up.. Most of the ads I see are also about same as usual. #*$!?

As to your question. I've seen much larger swings in daily CPM the last month or so than previously. Some much lower than I'd seen in the past, and some much higher.

Overall though, my average CPM is right at my long term (3+ months) average.

Thanks Ken, mine, unfortunately is way below three month average and lifetime average.

I was actually signed up here once before but I guess they drop you if you are IA for very long.

I think in my case, many ads were for hotels during a peak season in the area of interest on my site. That season has passed and likely, same keywords that triggered them before are worth less per click at this time.. seasonal.. bummer.

AdSense is erratic. For me, August only averaged about 40% of my previous lifetime average CPM.
