(d) Google advertisements for its own products and/or services;
I've noticed Google advertising Adsense and Adwords on my site...I did NOT know that I was providing this to them for free.
Don't forget the Ads by Gooooooooooogle as well. Perhaps they are referring to that too. They want to be covered for the massive number of clicks they are surely getting from those links and not be liable for paying publishers for those. I haven't seen any regular ads by G on my sites.
They also seem to have added language clarifying their obligations if you end your relationship with them. They will pay you unpaid balance, but only if it's more than $10, and not right away....
Updated Terms and Conditions - As a result of publisher feedback, we will not be paying out all accounts at the end of the year. We'll continue to pay publishers on a regular schedule, and will send payments to qualifying publishers with earnings balances over $100. In addition, cancelled accounts will only be paid out if their account has earned a minimum of $10.
b. Adwords debts will now prevent AdSense publishers from collecting earnings.
This has been like that for quite some time. Just waiting for AdSense to come back up so I can add all the new changes. Quite a bit of new information and pages were added for publishers, which I want to include with the official Jenstar AdSense update ;)
but Google is really getting free advertising here.Critter, you can always add them to your blocked URL list. Personally, though, I wouldn't mind the odd advert to get more people to sign up for adwords.
I like the part about the valid clicks not being counted when they are 'comingled' with invalid clicks, though it may always have been there. I guess that's their way of saying "If we cancel your account for invalid clicks, you won't be receiving your final check".

I'll lock this discussion and it can be continued in the AdSense update thread.
