Ads without Titles

I am starting to see ads without titles.

I make the titles the color of my links to make it obvious (if not tempting!) to click on them. Without the titles, the ads are much less obviously links and I worry that this is hurting my revenue.

Do AdWord advertisers have the option of having a title or not? Or is this an error?

You must have an ad blocker installed. Do you have Norton Internet Security installed? Ad blocking is turned on by default, and will result in titles that seem to vanish in AdSense and Adwords.

But of course it is still happening on many of my users' PCs! Ouch.
