ads go blank when placing more then 1

after placing 2 ads on a new page i was creating the weirdest thing happend. only 1 ad showed and the ohter stayed blank.

why is only 1 ad showing on this page while i have another page that also has 2 ads, and they are showing perfectly.

Either a lack of ad inventory (not enough ads for two blocks) or Mediabot hasn't for some reason indexed the page for the second block.

It sometimes takes me 2 days for Mediabot to fill the 2nd and 3rd ad spaces on a new page.
