AdSense WebSearch fees?

I see this disclaimer at the bottom of the Adsense "Search Performance" reports page:

Revenue from WebSearch ads may be offset at the end of the month by fees applicable to WebSearch.

Does anybody know what the fees are with websearch?

You are unlikely to be charged ANY fees. You would have to have a LOT of searches for this to kick in. Google has said so in response to questions.

And I may have missed something, but I don't think anyone has reported being charged these fees since the program started.

Don't worry about them.

Yes I feel google must be charging only to publishers getting very very high search traffic.
