The very neat aspect of allowing up to three ad blocks may be this: if your website contains "real" articles that aren't laser-sight-focused onto certain specific keywords, you may end up pulling all sorts of different ads, possibly ads you've never seen before on your site. Also, having the option of inserting multiple ad blocks could allow web content writers to write longer, more info-laden pages without worrying nearly as much about google ads being missed and never clicked (if you can stick them in three spots, they're going to be seen at the very least). Perhaps, just perhaps, multiple ad blocks could be a way to monetize sites with more in-depth material...And an incentive for webmasters to create better sites as well. Of course, the burden is now heavily on google to deal with scraper garbage sites. Efv, what do you think re: this

Good point, and one that might benefit a lot of publishers.

I had the chance today to watch a new visitor to my site. Yikes, what an eye opener that was!

I got to see how the site looked on his monitor and how he navigated through the site from the home page to his target pages. And then how he scrolled through the target page when he got there.

I do alright with Adsense, but if this guy is typical of my visitors, I'm missing out on a lot of chances to get them to click on the ads.

Multi-blocks could possibly solve a ton of issues for me. But I still have to try them out and see how they really work.
