Clicks, but not in channels?

I have x registered click, but only y when i check stats for channels

Hi, i am experiencing something quite weird.

I have x clicks in total on my google adsense account. I have divided them into 3 channels, and all my ads are placed including channels.

Then howcome i only have 50% of x clicks when i check the stats on my 3 channels?

Anyone else seen anything like this?

In short. My total account has more clicks than when i add the clicks registered in my channel stats. (And it's not because of updating are 2 days later. the difference bigger than that.)
