Sometimes when surfing around i see a Google Ad with a blue shade of the front of it. I'm not running any AD blockers besides the Google Toolbar, so i know it must be a Google thing. Anyone know, what and why? and how?

Just guess - but that happens when you "select all". so maybe your mouse or keyboard is gooed up and highlighting the page, or the adsense part.
