What do you think are the effects of
1. Summer holidays
2. Olympics
3. Hurricanes
4. US election
on our cpc,ctr, and CPM?

It depends what you site is about. If it falls into one of those categories then you probably have had a lot of visitors and clicks, e.g. 'olympics' is the current #1 searched for term on Wordtracker.

There is no way you will ever know why these factors go up or down. Even Google wouldn't know the exact factors of a person bidding up or down a word, or what makes a person more likely to click on the ad. And even if there was some way you could be 100% certain, you would then need to quantify factors that can't be quatified:

E.g. I clicked the ad because I was feeling sad and wanted a holiday... or I clicked the ad because I was feeling happy and wanted a holiday. How would you turn this into numbers and how would you exploit it?

Then there is the second part - there is not anything you can do about it. Stop the election? Close your site? Role back the Hurricane - in case you didn't realise it, nobody in the rest world was affected. Pity those that were in its path, but how would this affect a bidder in the UK? It may, but so might local events in the UK. Not to mention, it is not summer in the southern hemisphere.

You see, Google Adsense is a chaotic system - just like the stock market. It is impossible to predict the exact stock price on any given day. Sure you have an idea or a range, but forget about taking it any further than 'Some times Adsense revenue goes up, some times it goes down'.
