Espotting and Intellitxt conflicts with Adsense TOS?

I am wondering if implementing Intellitxt and/or Espotting's PPC inside a directory site running Adsense would be violating the part about no other contextual advertisements. I've seen two sites already running either one plus Adsense. One site was a very big site, and the other one was a small one, so we can rule out the 20 million pv exception.

Intellitxt is definitely a contextual advertiser, so it cannot run on the same page as AdSense. If espotting is serving ads based upon the content of the page, that would be considered contextual, and also against the AdSense terms to run on the same page as AdSense.
