I thought it might be worthwhile, just making a point of praising G, I've often been critical about Technical issues with Adsense but I can't fault the service.

I had occasion to send two mails over the past couple of weeks and have received lightning fast replies. Both replies indicated that someone had personally reviewed the site in question and the replies included useful help and apprciation for the issues I raised.

What more can you ask for.....

what he said;)

I've been ticked off at times by G's tech glitches, but the service side og G really shines. Outstanding! Real people, real responses. Thanks G!

You 2 guys must be asking basic easy and non-sensitive questions, or common issues for which they actually have real answers.

I can only speak for myself, and yes, it was easy stuff, but in the environment of canned response we have now (I guess I've been conditioned to think small), any response from something with a heartbeat is a joy!

"If you're willing to buy something you don't want or need, just to speak to an actual human being...press 7, if you've lost the will to live while sitting on hold...press 8"

Yes Oaktown, it's great to get a real-person reply. We still get them occasionally from G and that is much appreciated (when that happens), but all too often I get an automated form reply back saying the same tired (and non-applicable or no real-answers) stuff over and over again on issues which are real important to me.
