My friend is suspended by Google recently. He tried to send email to Google. However, he still cannot get any reply.
Do you have this experience?

I have not had this experience, but have heard a lot of people saying they don't reply. Maybe someone else can help you?

They will reply if you email them politely and offer to work out the problem with them. However if they have reason to distrust you (which would be dependant on why your friend was kicked out) then they may choose not to waste their time with responding.
Remember, they're people and respond to sincerity as people do.
